    Mixed order and bulk shipment are acceptable

    Container loading can be LCL or FCL cargo shipment. But we suggest customer order one 20FT container at least, which is economy and safety for your goods. One 20FT container can be Max. 5~10 models mixture, depending on their MOQ.

    We provide the corresponding certificates in order to meet the local market safety requirements, such as CE / GS / UL / RoHS / CB ect.

    Free Warehousing Service

    If customer’s order with us is not enough for loading one container fully, you can let some of other supplier’s order deliver to us, then we will load the container together with these goods. So can save your freight.

    Shipment Details

    For sample order, we use courier like TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx, ARAMEX, EMS (Express Mail Service) etc., which takes 3~5 working days to arrive.
    Once the sample order shipped, we will send customer the tracking number. So you can view the shipment status on the corresponding website.
    If by international air mail: will take around 2-4 weeks to arrive

    For larger order, we usually arrange the shipment by sea or by air cargo.
    By air cargo which takes about one or two weeks to arrive; when you order more than 100Kgs which will be more economical than courier.
    By sea which takes about one month to arrive. For some countries, it will be longer days.

    Free Shipping Plan Consultation:
    Shipping freight are quoted under your requests. We can update sea or air freight rate for your reference once we know the destination port.

    Our main shipping port: Ningbo, Shanghai port
    We can arrange the shipment from any Chinese port, mainly is from NINGBO port or Shanghai port to all over the world. Each shipment will be one assigned overseas local forwarder agent in charge of local delivery.

    We do not suggest customer to use multimodal combined transport by air/rail/sea for the LCL (Less Container Loading) cargo, for the goods safety and avoid the missing.

    Customer assigned courier or forwarder agent are also acceptable. Please tell us the contact details of your assigned courier or forwarder agent before arrange the shipment. We can work with them and deliver the goods properly.

    Delivery Time

    Sample delivery time: 5~10 working days after receipt of sample charges

    Mass production lead time: normally 30 days upon receipt of down payment and order details, including the packing details etc.

    For customer who have commission requirements

    Our standard offer do not include any commission, if customer have this requirement, please inform us in advance! Our sales person will recalculate the unit price including your commission.

    Once we received the full payment of your order, we will inform our accounting dep. to transfer the money to your assigned account.

    Payment Term

    For sample order: 100% deposit by T/T in advance

    For mass production: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance to be paid before delivery

    We also accept payment via PayPal / West Union, which can save the bank charges for the small money transfer.

    Our price is base on FOB NINGBO, can also supply CFR / CIF terms according to customer requirements. Other terms are negotiable.

    MOQ (Minimum order quantity)

    Our MOQ is 500~20000pcs per model, detailed quantity depending on each different model.

    If the customer purchase quantity is less than MOQ, in principle, our company do not accept order and arrange production, except the company keep inventory varieties.

    Inventory products price list is different from our regular products price list, please ask our sales team for alone!

    For some reasons, sometimes we may accept the order which quantity is less than MOQ, to these order, we request the customer’s partial or full payment in advance, and the unit price will be the following solutions:
    1.for single model order amount < $1999.99, there will be an additional charge US$100.00 for each model and regular price without any discounts, using seller’s standard packing only.
    2.for single model order amount $2000.00~$9999.99, we supply less discounts from 1% to 5%, using seller’s standard packing only.
    3.for single order amount >$10000.00, we supply same discounts as normal orders, just using seller’s standard packing only.

    REMARKS: for customers who want to use their own packing design, but the order quantity can not reach our MOQ, there will be an minimum additional charge US$200.00 for each packing design. For more details discussion or suggestion, please contact our sales team!

    Transaction Process

    First, you need to send us the formal purchase order including complete order details, like which model, quantity, color, specification, logo imprinting, packing, power supply, plug type and other details, as more as possible.

    Second, we will issue the sales contract once got your order. Please sign and stamp back to us! After this, order is confirmed and you should send us the deposit.

    Once we got your deposit, we will start to prepare the raw material and components immediately. Within 15~20days, all the material / components / packing can be ready for mass production. After this, it takes another 7~10 days for assembling / quality inspection / packing etc.

    Around 30 days, the goods can be ready for shipment. At that time, we will send you the shipping advice together with our report about order situation. Once you got these information, you can choice: 1) arrange someone you can trust come to our factory or our warehouse for checking the goods standing for you. 2) Or you can trust us and we will arrange our quality control people to check the goods again. We will also issue an inspection report for this order. So you can understand further about your goods.

    If you are satisfied with inspection result, then please arrange the balance payment for us. Once we got it, will deliver the goods to sea port and arrange the shipment immediately.
    Once the goods shipped on board, we will inform you the shipping date and send you the full set of original shipping documents. Normally including the Clean Bill of Lading, packing list, commercial invoice.

    For other custom clearance documents:
    If you need the certificate of origin, like C/O / Form A / Form E etc., please inform us before shipment and we can supply you.

    If you need other official documents or certificates, like CIQ certificate / CCVO CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) authentication / invoice the embassy certification / weight list the embassy certification etc., please also inform us before shipment and we can supply you.

    These documents, some are necessary documents requested by your local custom; some can let your goods enjoy a lower import duty, which will save the cost for you.

    And for us, we are quite willing to be your help at any time. So never hesitate to tell us your requirements.

    Normally by sea shipment, the goods will be arrived in the destination port almost one month later. So before the goods arrival, you need to have all these custom clearance documents ready in hand or with the local forwarder agent. Once the goods arrived, the local forwarder agent should apply the custom clearance in time, if later, there will be some penalty for the delay. And you will be required to pay the import duty and local handling charges etc. If by FOB term, you need to pay the freight also.
    After these operation, you should get the goods finally.
    But it is not the last step. Due to the long distance transportation, it is possible that few goods or packing may be damaged during the shipment. So please have a careful checking for the goods situation, if any problems, please report to local forwarder agent (or the shipping company) for the solution.
    Here I would like to explain further: when we shipped out the goods, I promise all the goods are in good conditions and well packed. The shipping company can be our proof, since they have issued us Clean on Board Bill of Lading. If any problem been found, they will remark the B/L, at least is not clean on board. So if you received some damaged goods, it is really not our responsibility. Hope you understand!

    Sample order policy

    We accept sample order for testing our quality. For customer's sample requirements, usually we are requiring them to pay the sample cost and freight collect. Considering the extra labor cost, usually the sample charge will be 10%~20% higher than our offer. This sample charge is for the first deal only and will be deducted in your future formal orders.

    For our regular customers, all the samples are free of charge.

    Sample lead time: according to the sample inventory situation, 5~10 working days after receipt of sample charges

    For the samples contained rechargeable batteries or other type of batteries, the main courier companies like DHL / FedEx / UPS / EMS refuse to take it, so usually we will ask the courier agent to handle the delivery. But the courier agent only accept the delivery by Freight Prepaid in China, that’s why we will ask our customers the Freight Prepaid in China. Maybe you have your company courier account number, but it can not be used for this kind of samples. Hope you understand!

    We can supply customer 1~2pcs sample for checking the quality. If more quantity will be problems for us, since my company do not keep many stocks. So for the sample order quantity more than 2pcs, customers have to wait till we have mass production for the same model. Hope you understand!

    Precautions for use

    Read the product instruction carefully before use

    Please make sure the power is off before installation

    Do not use near the fire or inflammables

    Do not disassemble or modification without authorization

    Please do not look straight into the light when it is lighted on. It may cause damage to person’s eye.

    For the rechargeable model, once light is dim or battery power is low, please turn off the light and recharge immediately.

    For the non-rechargeable model, once light is dim or battery power is low, please turn off the light and replace the new battery immediately.

    For the products contained rechargeable battery, should fully recharge the battery every 2 months if not in use for long time.

    Please do not use the product as a children toy

    Tooling Cost FREE for Customer New Item Development.

    If your order quantity can meet our MOQ, we do not need client to invest any money. Client just need to confirm the order with us, then we will invest & develop the tooling by ourselves, then put into mass production and effect the shipment on time.

    If client’s order quantity can not meet our MOQ, we have other solutions for this:
    (1) Client can pay the 100% tooling cost first, once order quantity arrived MOQ, we will return this cost to client or deduct the amount from orders.
    (2)If client’s design is really good & unique, also allow us to sell in some specified markets, client only need to invest 50% tooling cost and we pay for the balance. By this way, client and us can sell the same product in each specified market, no conflict. Once client order quantity arrived MOQ, we can return this 50% cost to client or deduct the amount from orders.
    (3)If client’s design is really good & unique, allow us to sell in any market, client no need to invest any money, we will pay for the tooling. So it is tooling cost free for customer new item development.

    Joint Venture New Project / New market development

    Any customized lightings or request, we can help you to design and put into production. We are always in a position to quote you the most advantageous prices for higher quality merchandise.
    1. You can only give us your ideas / 3D designs or drawings / Samples, we will do all the rest works based on these information.
    2. Our R&D team can help client make an idea to be a 3D design, or make the proper improvements based on the original design. So the final version will be professional, beautiful, special and unique.
    3. Then our structure engineer will check each point & component based on the real production condition. Make the 3D designs to be possible for mass production.
    4.At the same time, our electric engineer will make the electric PCB design, to ensure the product function.
    5. Our packing designer can help client create the full set of package & display, including the unit packing / display box / master packing / selling shelf, even some special customized packing.

    Other Information:
    1.Sole-distributorship are offered for your unique design.
    2.Your company information, ideas, products design or other confidential information will be protected.

    If clients allow us to sell or distribute their products, we will try our best to promote the products and sell through our ready marketing channel. We can also share the margins together. Our business principle is Win-Win and Mutual Benefit. More details can be discussed.

    Two years warranty

    *2 years warranty

    *Warranty period started from the date of production, 2 years validity.
    For example: production date is 01-31-2016, the warranty period is from 01-31-2016 till 01-30-2018.

    *During the first 2 years, we will replace or repair the failed products free of charge if there are quality issues of our products. After two years, we can repair the product according to clients’ requirements, the cost of repairing labor / the updated parts / freight will be for clients’ account.

    *If some problems happened, please provide us as much detail as possible about the problem you are having. According to the situation, we may ask the customer to return us the “problem product” for study, in order to further understand the cause of the problem.

    Limited Warranty: under normal conditions of use, our product warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship. The following are not covered by our warranty: man-made damage, damage due of nature, damage caused by accident, misuse, incorrect operation, installation error, mishandling, abuse, chemicals, cosmetic, improper operation or maintenance, product modification or neglect, connection to improper voltage supply; damage occurring during shipment; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the instruction manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by us.

    *All the batteries are exception for this warranty, since it is consumable part and battery lifetime depends on its usage and maintenance. For the details, please check each battery instruction. Usually the rechargeable battery is 6 to 24 months warranty,

    *This warranty is covering the products which customer purchase directly from us or our authorized agents only. It is possible for customer purchased our products through other channels, but we are not 100% sure these products can enjoy the same quality assurance. Products of unknown sources or without valid marking will not be accepted.

    *This company is committed to provide customers with perfect products and services, so your feedback is very important for us. We suggest you send us this information directly, so we can server you better.

    Warranty period and extending:

    *Our Regular Price is based on 2 years warranty term only, if the customer wanted a longer warranty period, is feasible, we can provide the different product configuration scheme and different quality warranty period, according to customer's specific needs, product price will vary according to the specific project cost, may be a price increases than regular one.
