From Feb 2023 to July 2024, FEITUO Electric acquired a factory in Vietnam and also purchased the land and buildings. As of today, we have completed the renovation of the factory, refurbished the facilities, moved in production equipment, and carried out equipment calibration and trial production orders.

Currently, our Vietnamese subsidiary has entered the stage of full-scale production, and everything is running smoothly.

A, Cost advantage in raw materials
Over the past five years, our research and analysis have shown that the top ten emergency lighting manufacturers in the Chinese market share many of the same primary raw material and component suppliers. As a result, when it comes to product configuration, there isn't a significant difference in manufacturing costs among these manufacturers, nor is there an absolute price advantage. The key differentiators lie in their ability to manage product quality and the level of pre-sales and after-sales services they offer.

In instances where we procure similar raw materials, FEITUO Electric sometimes benefits from lower procurement prices and more favorable after-sales services due to our larger overall purchasing volume. Therefore, we can confidently say that with identical materials sourced from China, our manufacturing costs will certainly not exceed those of your current supplier."

B, Vietnamese Certificate of Origin.
Our company has already completed the full transfer of all production processes to our factory in Vietnam. Production processing starts from the lowest level of raw materials and components, and includes deep processing steps such as PCB welding and plastic case injection molding. (*Our self-produced PCBs and plastic parts are considered to be sourced locally in Vietnam.)
Therefore, we can guarantee that we can provide the appropriate Certificate of Origin to all our buyers.

C, About the cost of subcontracting products;
In recent years, due to the continuous increase in factory rents and wages in Vietnam, the cost of subcontracting products in Vietnam has been pushed up, of which the rent is the most prominent. Our company fully acquires the factory and land after 2023, so there is no rent expense. Therefore, the cost of subcontracting products in our company is relatively stable and low.
